Get Inspired Every Monday Morning
Getting Your Attention
Here we go heading into the first full week of October 2025. My question for you today is… What in your life is currently getting your full attention?
And when I ask about attention, I want to emphasize on the idea of your FULL attention. Keeping in mind the meaning of the word attention which is the act or power of carefully thinking about, listening to, engaging with or watching someone or something.
Shifting Soil
And with that I begin to wonder how I will change and what needs transplanting within me from a human perspective. How about you?
What in your life would benefit from a little bit of transplanting?
Lead with Love
Division can be a horrible thing be it in your family, personal relationships, business relationships and what we are all feeling right now, our country. The biggest cure is forgiveness. Just like forgiving the seasons for changing when I was happy with how it was.
Morning Rituals
Life can sure jiggle us around in ways we don’t always expect or appreciate. But the beauty in the quiet of the early morning even before the sun rises honestly can’t be beat. The best part, after hopefully a good night’s sleep, is the quiet of the morning lets us get into our head and heart before the rest of the world gets ahold of us.
Well Intended Human
Remember it doesn’t take much time to reach out to someone in your life who makes your life better with a simple thank you or acknowledgement for something they have done not only for you but the world at large.
Unplugged Joy
I am back! Not that I went anywhere, only in my mind. Over the course of the past several weeks I did that necessary thing to keep ones’ sanity, I unplugged. I stepped away from the chatter of the world, from technology, to be just in my world. And I do believe I recovered some brain cells in the process.
Pressing Pause
Have you ever noticed that when we run out of something to say, or can’t figure out how to get from one topic to another instead of saying um or stumbling on words we can tend to say, the word “anyway.” As the word tends to automatically comes out of our mouths as our voices trail off in thought.
Present and Accounted For
Getting present in the action items we take on can sometimes require a readjustment rather than just checking off the proverbial to do list.
This week’s 4-minute meditation is about readjusting your focus on the present, Feel the Power of Now.
Simply Finding Peace
I hope that this Tuesday morning finds you in a good place mentally and physically. A place that fills you with some joy and curiosity as you progress through the second day of your week as well as those days that remain ahead.
