Get Inspired Every Monday Morning
Unplugged Joy
I am back! Not that I went anywhere, only in my mind. Over the course of the past several weeks I did that necessary thing to keep ones’ sanity, I unplugged. I stepped away from the chatter of the world, from technology, to be just in my world. And I do believe I recovered some brain cells in the process.
Pressing Pause
Have you ever noticed that when we run out of something to say, or can’t figure out how to get from one topic to another instead of saying um or stumbling on words we can tend to say, the word “anyway.” As the word tends to automatically comes out of our mouths as our voices trail off in thought.
Present and Accounted For
Getting present in the action items we take on can sometimes require a readjustment rather than just checking off the proverbial to do list.
This week’s 4-minute meditation is about readjusting your focus on the present, Feel the Power of Now.
Simply Finding Peace
I hope that this Tuesday morning finds you in a good place mentally and physically. A place that fills you with some joy and curiosity as you progress through the second day of your week as well as those days that remain ahead.
Quiet Promises
This morning, I woke up to a rainbow as I walked around my property amazed at the beauty of the sunrise to the east and this rare rainbow in the southwest horizon that turned into a double rainbow. A great way to start the day and week. How is your week starting so far?
Changing Expectations to Intentions
As we head back into life that is perhaps less fun filled, many things can knock us off our feet when we least expect it. Someone says something you weren’t expecting. You get charged extra for something you weren’t expecting. The government does something you weren’t expecting, and the list goes on and on.
Time for Edits and Calms
Today’s meditation taps into your Inner Girl something I realized needs to be foremost in my book. And for you guys on my list, all is not lost, you could actually tap into your feminine side or send this on to an important woman in your life.
Chamomile Sun Tea
Whether I was playing around in the garden, or working on my book about mindset, anxiety relief in gardening, as well as being an activist (a person who gets active about a cause) I spent a lot of time over the weekend really focused on what I believe in. What matters most to me in these uncertain times we are currently living.
Find the Calm
This Monday morning brings a definite shift in perspective. Things are swirling around us that don’t feel so good and…its Monday time to start the clock all over again. Hopefully to find calm along our way.
