Core Strength Momentum

Strength at the core creates flow at the edges.

With many reminders of gratitude lingering in the air, happy December 2025!

What are you ready to conquer during this last month of the year?

Food for thought, while counting down the days until 2026, what core values are you open to strengthening to help you finish up this year with a smile.

As a reminder, your core values are those deeply held beliefs that guide your decisions, actions and feelings of purpose.

Remember what you felt as you stood at the threshold of this year back on January 1st. The visions you had for this year and what came to pass and what didn’t.

Who were the people you got to spend time with?

What were the places that you spent most of your time?

Where did most of your smiles come from?

Why did you feel motivated to get goals and dreams accomplished?

When will you finish up any pieces in your life that feel incomplete?

I am happy to report that my daughter Bailey’s surgery was a great success. She has some serious mending to do, and with the courage she has gone into this with I have no doubt she will be up and about sooner than later. I feel blessed to spend another week here helping her in the process.

A big thank you to all who sent such wonderful words of love and encouragement our way!

While here in San Diego as Bailey recouped under the care of her husband Steve, I also got to spend some really special Mom time with my son Travis. Feeling all kinds of mom smiles and beach time. I really do love getting to hang out with my grown children and their partners, seeing how they are living their best lives.

This week’s video is a lovely beauty walk I took here in Pacific Beach as a reminder that sometimes just getting out and taking a walk can be just what our body and spirit need the most.

As December unfolds, take some walks to gain further insights around how the core of your physical self and your mental self is holding you up. Envision the treasures and pleasures that are up ahead for you.

Here’s to finishing the year off with as many smiles as possible!

Plant often and with Love!
