This past week was full of many events and experiences for me that are bubbling through my mind as I sit to write this week's message to you. Through all that transpired it brought to light 3 main lessons that encompass entrepreneurship, relationships and the precious commodity of life itself…

As we finish up the master mind principle of Unique Personality this month, this morning I am feeling compelled to share with you some thoughts about the personalities of those around us who help to shape our Unique Personality.

Have you ever been walking along your way and suddenly find a small pebble that has embedded itself into the deep dark crevasse of your shoe? At first you don’t notice it too much, and then after a bit it starts to consume all your thoughts.  

One of the places that we can let the personality of our business shine brightly as entrepreneurs is online, especially when it comes to our company website - the digital reflection of the true nature of every business. Yet time and time again, I see that this is the area where so many small businesses struggle - a lot. 

A business must have it's own unique personality in order to differentiate itself fully in the marketplace.  

If you have held onto a love relationship or a business for any amount of time you know that nothing brings the spark back like reinvigorating your imagination and doing something new. In other words, giving yourself a creative tune-up.  

How would you best describe what comes naturally when you begin your work each day?  In other words, what is your nature? Those moments of time when you are in your absolute best element - doing what you do best.
