 This Monday morning brings with it the official beginning of the Winter season. The longest night of the year is behind us and the days get longer from here.

I created this week’s video to assist you in looking towards this season and the new year just around the corner with a perspective of thinking how you want to grow.

We were gifted a couple of days ago with a surprise visit from my son Travis and his partner Kate that has added to the joy of the season. Christmas seems to make surprises extra special.
