Patiently Being Patient

She plants with fierce hope, waits with wild faith — knowing the bloom always answers the patient heart.

It has been said that patience is a virtue, and it leads me to wonder as I wander through this life where do I find myself grounded with patience? How about you? Where do you find yourself able to wait another day and another day, and maybe even more for something that you really want to have happen in your life?

As I share in this week’s video, gardening is all about patience. I have a grow room full of tomato seedlings that are ready to hit the dirt outside, yet the weather here in Colorado is not conducive for them to go outside for at least a good 2 weeks.

And as May arrives here in just a few more days the patience to plant tender plants must endure because it will be worth the wait for a few more weeks depending on what Mother Nature has in store for us.

Ed and I just returned home from the most amazing trip through Colorado, Utah and even made our way to Las Vegas. We saw and hiked the wonders of the earth in Zion and Bryce Canyon. And in Vegas we enjoyed the man made wonders of the Sphere as we enjoyed the shows with Dead and Company.

Now we are back home with the adventures of daily life to guide us right into the thick of gardening season, hiking and biking season, lots of writing and creating more videos that will share it all.

My plan is to create more videos on a more frequent basis than weekly starting this week. That will require a lot of patience on my part to be sure. If you haven’t subscribed to my Grow You Girl, You Tube channel you can do that right here

This week what if you checked in to your patience levels? Where do you have tons of patience and where do you finding yourself falling short? Perhaps if we lean into our patience more, we will find more reasons to smile. Patience after all if really a form of letting go...🤓Lets Grow!
